What’s included?
ArtKin is more than a membership—it's a creative home.
Inside, you’ll find a group of kindred artists who are eager to share, learn, and grow together. Each week, you’ll join live sessions filled with demonstrations, feedback, and conversation that keep you inspired and moving forward.
You’ll have access to a welcoming community board where you can post artwork, ask questions, and celebrate your progress. With gentle prompts and reminders, you’ll stay curious: experimenting with your tools, pigments, and ideas.
Most importantly, ArtKin is a place that encourages you to be kind to yourself. To notice your wins—big and small. To see your growth. And to feel supported every step of the way.

Each month, participants receive a schedule packed with motivation to keep the brushes moving. Every week offers a chance to join our group live—whether it’s an instructional painting session on Zoom, a review and feedback meetup, or a prompt for sharing points. Add in a fresh bundle of reference photos and color exploration exercises, and you’ll have everything you need to stay inspired and on a creative streak!

Making art is always better with friends! The ArtKin Collective is designed to spark connections that grow into genuine friendships. Learning new things can be challenging, which is why being part of a supportive group, one that cheers you on, encourages your experiments, and celebrates your wins, makes all the difference.
Paint, Play, Connect
I feel incredibly fortunate to work as both a full-time artist and a teaching artist. The camaraderie, laughter, and creative joy shared in my workshops is a constant inspiration to me and prompted me to take a leap to launch the ArtKin Collective. This pilot year is a little experiment—an opportunity for us to learn and grow together while I explore how to nurture this creative community into a truly welcoming, inspiring space. My hope is that ArtKin becomes a place where curiosity thrives and we support one another along every step of our artistic journeys. I hope that you are able to join us!

Most people find Padlet quite user friendly, but I’m here to help if you can’t quite figure it out. I have also put together a little video tour to get you familiar with using it which you can find in the Video Library.

It is always a bummer to miss a class, but in the case that you do you can catch up on the replay. All workshops and feedback sessions will be recorded for your convenience. Instructional sessions will be shared in the video library, and both the instructional sessions and feedback sessions will be shared in our class Padlet. All recording are hosted on Youtube unlisted and are only available with direct links.

Months which I have scheduled virtual workshops open to the public will look slightly different in ArtKin. All current ArtKin members will automatically be enrolled in the workshop and do NOT need to sign themselves up. Our weekly Zoom sessions will be replaced with the workshop sessions, but our additional activities will continue as usual. There will be a dedicated Padlet for the workshop, in addition to our ArtKin Padlet, which you will receive information about in a welcome email. Class recordings will be shared both through the class Padlet as well as added to ArtKin’s video library.
